HELLO THERE! I'M YOUR HOST, CODY JACOBS, THE LOWLY BEHAVIORIST (TLB) HIMSELF. AS A PASSIONATE BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST (BCBA) AND A NEURODIVERGENT ADVOCATE, I'M ON A MISSION TO CREATE MEANINGFUL CHANGE IN OUR COMMUNITIES THROUGH INTERSECTIONALITY AND SOLIDARITY!
AT THE LOWLY BEHAVIORIST, WE BELIEVE IN THE STRENGTH OF INTERSECTIONALITY—THE INTERCONNECTEDNESS OF DIVERSE IDENTITIES AND EXPERIENCES. AS A MEMBER OF THE LGBT+ COMMUNITY AND SOMEONE WHO UNDERSTANDS THE IMPORTANCE OF INCLUSIVITY FIRSTHAND, I'M DETERMINED TO CREATE MORE INCLUSIVE ENVIRONMENTS FOR EVERYONE. THROUGHOUT MY CAREER, I'VE SEEN FIRSTHAND THE TRANSFORMATIVE IMPACT THAT WELL-DESIGNED INTERVENTIONS AND SUPPORTS CAN HAVE ON INDIVIDUALS AND COMMUNITIES. MY PERSONAL JOURNEY AS A NEURODIVERGENT INDIVIDUAL HAS FURTHER FUELED MY COMMITMENT TO CREATING ENVIRONMENTS THAT EMBRACE DIVERSITY AND FOSTER GROWTH.

THROUGH FOSTERING A CULTURE OF INCLUSIVITY, AUTONOMY, AND KINDNESS, I STRIVE TO ADDRESS SOCIETAL DISPARITIES, DISMANTLE THE SCHOOL-TO-PRISON PIPELINE, AND STAND IN SOLIDARITY WITH MARGINALIZED COMMUNITIES.
I AM DRIVEN BY TRANSPARENCY, AUTHENTICITY, AND A FOCUS ON ENVIRONMENTAL APPROACHES.
